Founder & CEO
As a vanguard of the Saudi business landscape, Eng. Faisal Bin Suliman Al-Rajhi combines a legacy of family business excellence with a sharp, modern vision for developments and hospitality. As the sole owner and Founder of Aseel Real Estate, he leverages decades of high-level strategic oversight to drive the company's expansion and solidify its standing as a market leader.
Eng. Faisal's expertise is rooted in a deep understanding of market dynamics and investment structuring. He possesses a proven ability to identify high-potential opportunities and navigate complex negotiations to achieve sustainable, long-term growth. His leadership style focuses on turnaround strategies and new business development, ensuring alignment between operational execution and overarching business goals.
Prior to founding Aseel, Eng. Faisal played a pivotal role in the expansion of Al-Rajhi Holding, serving as CEO and Group Vice President. Under his stewardship, the Group witnessed rapid growth and diversification of its investment portfolio.

With over 21 years of experience across architecture, engineering, project development, and finance, Tareq brings an integrated, end-to-end perspective to Real Estate investment and delivery. His background spans project origination, feasibility analysis, capital structuring, design and construction oversight, and execution management. At Aseel, he leads the company's JV-led, capital-efficient development strategy, focusing on disciplined capital allocation, strong governance, and value creation across the development lifecycle.
Eng. Mohammed Yousef — Projects Director
More than 23 years of experience in giga projects in various fields of construction projects, infrastructure and superstructure, O&M, Assessment projects, residential, hotels, malls, PMC roles and real-estate field. Memberships and certifications in Contract Administration, Value Engineering, Arbitration, Chartered Institute of Buildings, Adjudicator, PMP, RMP, FIDIC contracts, Facility management and professional and consultant Engineer.
Faisal Tahseen — Chief Financial Officer
An expert in his field, Faisal has more than 15 years of progressive experience in financial management and financial reporting with a Big 4 background. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. His background covers strategic planning, forecasting, cash flow management, ERP and system integrations, analytics, accounting, finance, procurement and human resources.
Essam Emara — Director of Property Management
Essam Emara is a highly experienced Property Manager with over 19 years of success in the Property Management sector. He holds an M.B.A from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ain Shams University. Recognized for his ability to enhance tenant satisfaction, optimize operating expenses, and increase profitability. Certified in Real Estate Property Management from Cornell University.
Khalid Alharbi — Head of Leasing
Active in Saudi Real Estate sector since 2019. Started in mall operations at Arabian Centres, moved into property and facilities management at Al Saedan, and now leads leasing at Aseel United since Nov 2023. Drove asset performance by aligning mix and pricing to demand, coordinating with design, and partnering with marketing to lift occupancy and income. Brings 6+ years across operations, FM, property management, and leasing.
